Taren L. Castro

Attorney Taren Castro obtained her Juris Doctorate degree from Nova Southeastern University. She obtained her bachelor’s degree, in Criminal Justice, from Florida International University and her master’s degree, in Criminology, from Florida Atlantic University.  

Prior to becoming at attorney, Taren Castro was a Florida State Trooper. For ten years, she worked for the Florida Highway Patrol and was assigned to Road Patrol and the Bureau of Criminal Investigations and Intelligence.  

After becoming an attorney, Taren has worked for the Office of State Attorney 15th Circuit as an Assistant State Attorney and for the Florida Office of Attorney General as an Assistant Attorney General assigned to the General Civil Litigation Bureau. Taren has a diverse background on how both the criminal and civil legal systems function.

Born to immigrant parents, Taren is fluent in Spanish. If you only speak Spanish, you want an attorney you can communicate with. Especially when dealing with a legal matter that can adversely affect your future.
